• Document business and data requirements specific to business intelligence projects.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Conduct industry-based analysis, understand user roles and profiles, articulate analysis and details specific to each role, and recommend industry standard metrics, KPIs and analysis.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Identify, assess, and document business requirements, with a clear articulation of what business questions can be answered and what decisions can be taken with the business insights.<\/span><\/li>\n

• Recommend priorities and business-oriented solutions to business partners along with challenges and opportunities of various approaches.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Run and manage requirements gathering sessions as well as obtain appropriate IT and business approvals.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Work with solution experts to determine if solutions to business requirements currently exist within the current or proposed solutions, collect feedback on feasibility, evaluate options for refining requirements, socialize with business users, and refine the BRD as required.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Accountable for the delivery of business requirements documentation, including use cases, user stories and catalog them periodically to keep them current for stakeholders review.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Work closely with Application Designers and Developers to ensure understanding of requirements that will be used for creating application architecture and design specifications.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Develop use cases, flow charts, functional diagrams and descriptions to communicate application design specifications.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Test the application\/solution and also assist the QA team to ensure that requirements documentation can be easily translated into test plans.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Create and manage traceability matrix and ensure that the proper testing plans have been completed and can be mapped back to requirements.<\/span><\/li>\n
• Participate in test results meetings and execute traceability activities to determine the cause of bugs, system errors, and failures during testing.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

  Qualifications<\/b><\/p>\n

  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Analytics or related field<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Minimum 20 months prior work experience as a Data Analyst or related position<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Excellent understanding of Agile methodology and have the adaptability to pace yourself to the sprint timelines and requirements<\/span><\/li>\n
  • Understanding of regression, modeling and forecasting preferred<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n
